Gas Injection

 

Gas Injection is a manufacturing procces of plastic pieces that are empty inside.

The process combines conventional plastic injection and gas injection, allowing the extraction of material still not solidified from the core of the piece.

EAnu thermoplastic avallable in the market can be used. This process offers many different applications, such as:
   
  High-pressure manufacture of lengthened and complex shaped plastic tubes.
  Manufacture of high resistance handles which have beautiful external aesthetics.
  Casting of specific pieces zones in order to prevent burring that could affect the piece aesthetics.
